KC Cemetery Man
Kurt stumbled into cemetery preservation work quite by accident when he repaired the marker for his 2X Great grandfather, William Jordan, at the Greenwick Cemetery located in Andrew County, MO. There was no turning back at that point. He completed field training on the proper methods of repair, including “do no harm”. Thus far, he has recovered, restored and cleaned hundreds of monuments….all completely free of charge.
Today, he is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for Missouri Preservation. This affords him the opportunity teach, train and present to others on the importance of cemetery preservation.
